Business Definition

This metric identifies client submissions where the hiring manager has shown clear interest. A submission qualifies if it has reached any of the predefined client-engaged statuses at least once during its lifecycle.

Each submission is counted only once, based on the first time it was sent to the hiring manager This ensures accurate recognition and avoids double-counting, even if the submission goes through multiple client-engaged statuses or is resubmitted.

How to use it
