What is Team Hierarchy?
The Team Hierarchy represents the complete organizational structure, flowing from Kent (CEO) → Team Managers → Members.
Associated Filters:
These filters are found in the TeamMember table.
- IsActive = TRUE → only active employees are displayed.
- IsHouseOrTestAccount = FALSE → hides test/house accounts.
Display Logic:
- Team Managers are also listed as members of their own teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
- By default, only members with values for the selected KPI (also referred to as a metric) are shown.
- To view the full hierarchy, including members without KPI values, use the test KPI called Total HC.
- Sub-teams are nested, meaning if Manager A has Manager B reporting to them, Manager B’s team will appear under Manager A as well.
Best Practice:
Rows should be displayed as: CEO → Manager → Member (manager also appears as member) Example:
- KPI = Sales Amount → only members with sales are shown.
- KPI = Total HC → all members appear, even if KPI values are blank.
Other Notes:
- This data is sourced from the User Provision system.
